Convention Attendees: Download the #CoSIDA18 Mobile App
On June 19, each registrant for the 2018 CoSIDA Convention will receive an email with information about downloading the convention mobile app, provided by
Sports Systems. On June 19, if you do not receive the email in your inbox by 8:30 p.m. Eastern, please check your spam filters.
The email is titled:
CoSIDA Convention Mobile App - New Personalized Schedule & Search Function
We encourage you to download our app on iTunes or Android.
Please note that CoSIDA IS NOT providing printed schedules or pocket schedules, so all the information you need is available on this app.
Like last year, you will be able to customize a schedule this year when you download the app.
Mobile app information includes complete schedules, contact information, detailed event information, corporate partner/exhibitor information and room layouts (and listing) and hotel meeting room directions/maps. By downloading the app, you will also receive push notifications as needed for schedule changes, alerts, etc.
New This Year On The Mobile App
In addition to personalizing your schedule, we’ve added a search function as well.
- You may search for a person, session (or anything) via a search box at the top of pages.
- On the schedule, click the […] next to an event title for the full event description.
- Also on the schedule, click the + button to the right to add your personal schedule, then clock the button at the top to just display those events you clicked.
Please note: If you have downloaded the PressPass app before (last year, bowl game, NCAA Tournament), then you do not need to re-download the app. Just logout of the app (if you have not already) and input the revised included in your email.
Planning To Register On-Site?
Only those
preregistered for the 2018 convention will receive this email. If you are planning to register on-site, you'll receive your mobile app unique ID when you register in at the Gaylord National.
