Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel Deposit FAQ
HOTEL UPDATES as of May 13
- The World Center Marriott is SOLD OUT. The waitlist has been turned on — it looks and functions like the regular reservation page and will ask for your credit card information but a deposit will not be taken until you are booked. Rooms may become available due to cancelations. You're encouraged to book on the waitlist in addition to a reservation at the Marriott Village. See screenshots of what you should see for the waitlist by clicking here.
- Rooms are sold out at the Courtyard in the Marriott Village for Saturday, June 8 and Wednesday, June 12 but rooms remain available on those dates at the Spring Hill Suites and Fairfield Inn properties.

NEW THIS YEAR
- A non-refundable hotel deposit is required at the time of reservation at the World Center Marriott. (Deposit is credited toward the final bill).
- Reservations for ALL hotel properties will open with registration on Wednesday, February 13 at Noon (ET). Deposits are NOT required at the Marriott Villages (SpringHill Suites, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn & Suites) or the Caribe Royale. Shuttle service to these properties will be provided.

Hotel Rates
Orlando World Center Marriott:
The rate for king and double rooms is $189 ($212.63 per night including 12.5% tax).

- For a one night stay: A non-refundable deposit for one night is required.
- For a two night stay or longer: A non-refundable deposit for two nights is required.
The deposit will be taken from the credit card used on the day the reservation is made. It will be credited toward the final bill.

Marriott Villages (SpringHill Suites, Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites):
The rate is $172 ($193.50 per night including 12.5% tax).

Caribe Royale:
Rooms are available at the hotel’s prevailing rate on the date reservations are made.

2019 SIDEARM Sports Leadership Forum presented by Learfield
Sunday-Monday, June 9-10, 2019
Programming will include afternoon sessions on Sunday and morning sessions on Monday. Details are subject to change and will be provided when available.
Combo registration rate for those attending the #CoSIDA19 Convention: $125 CoSIDA member; $175 non-CoSIDA member
Registration rate for Non-#CoSIDA19 Convention attendees: $175 CoSIDA member; $225 non-CoSIDA member
The Orlando World Center Marriott previously has hosted the CoSIDA Convention in 1999, 2013-15 and 2017, and will do so again in 2021. CoSIDA’s 2020 convention will be held for the first time in Las Vegas, Nev., at Mandalay Bay.
