Important Dates This Week (June 1-7, 2020)
- Thursday, June 4, Noon (ET) - All-America voting opens for M/W Track & Field/Cross Country (NCAA, NAIA)
- Deadline is June 11 at 9 PM (ET)
Voting Steps for Academic All-America (NCAA, NAIA) - M/W Track & Field/Cross Country
- Access the All-District voting portal at CoSIDA.com/Awards here.
- Click on the VOTE HERE button.
- Click on the All-America Vote link specific to the sport.
- Begin a new submission.
- Confirm your name and division by clicking in the box at the bottom of the first page. (If this is incorrect, contact Laurie Bollig at lauriebollig@cosida.com.)
- Follow the prompts to vote.
- The first screen will include the candidates at a particular position.
- You can sort by any variable on the screen, view the individual nomination on screen or download PDFs or spreadsheets to use in your selection process.
- Choose Add to Ballot for every player you want to move forward. You can clear a player when necessary. Once you have chosen the required number of selections, save and move to the next position.These selections DO NOT need to be in rank order.
- The final screen is for selection of the Academic All-America of the Year in the specific sport. Select your top three candidates. These MUST BE IN RANK ORDER.
- Once you have chosen all the candidates at each position and the Academic All-America of the Year, click Save and Submit.

- All-America teams announced: June 8-11 (Noon ET)
Important Dates for Men's and Women's At-Large (NCAA, NAIA)
- All-America teams announced: June 15-19 (Noon ET)
Important Dates for Men's and Women's Track and Field/Cross Country (NCAA, NAIA)
- All-America voting: June 2-11 (9 PM ET)
- All-America teams announced: June 22-25 (Noon ET)
Important Dates for College Division At-Large (Institutions Not Affiliated with the NCAA or NAIA)
- All-America teams announced: June 15 (Noon ET)

2019-20 Program Logos for Releases and Social Sharing
When promoting your student-athlete(s), please use the correct logos for the Academic All-America program. The program is no longer identified with Google Cloud.

SIDs are encouraged to tag or share their winner information via the Academic All-America social platforms -
