Discussion of roles with a department and how we structure staff responsibilities away from sport-specific jobs. Are there staff members who take on additional roles they are comfortable with (graphics, social media, video editing, etc.)? We'll have panelists who supervise staff with full-timers and freelancers, how to hire and work with freelancers, and we will have presenters who do their jobs with limited staffs.
