Inspired by a blog from corporate partner Blinder written last summer following the CoSIDA and NACDA conventions —
7 Things Collegiate Athletic Directors Wish Their PR Team Did Better — CoSIDA 360 takes on the topic of how athletics directors and communications professionals must work together if they're going to accomplish department goals. According to the ADs we talked to, no job in the athletic department has changed more over the years.
The cover story, "Success is a Two-Way Street," and supporting articles on how to conduct a "discovery meeting" and collaborate with your on-campus colleagues provide thoughts on how to reframe your work thought-processes to achieve maximum value. We also asked some high-ranking administrators, what can ADs do better to help equip SIDs for greater success within their departments? Their answers give us hope.
All this plus a note about advocacy, a salute to Jeff Hodges' 20 years of service, information on the NCAA Leadership Development program, some cute baby pictures and so much more.

About CoSIDA 360
