Goodwill To All Men And Women: Dealing With Holiday Demands and Your Wellness
Tuesday, December 17, 2019

The presenters, all members of CoSIDA's Goodwill and Wellness Committee, discussed taking care of yourself through the stressors of the holiday season and the demands of winter sports competition and job responsibilities and the wellness (mental/physical/emotional) issues facing us during the holidays where SIDs might not be able to carve out lots of down time yet have family and friend holiday activities that you want to join. How do you make it all work and make sure to enter 2020 a bit refreshed? They also talked about the committee's upcoming projects and initiatives - a 10-week fitness challenge this spring for CoSIDA members, the annual CoSIDA/NACDA convention 5k run/walk, and the on-site plans for CoSIDA's annual convention community service project.
