Goodwill To All Men and Women: Dealing With Holiday Demands and Your Wellness
Tuesday, December 17, 2019
Time: 2 PM (ET) / 1 PM (CT) / Noon (MT) / 11 AM (PT)
We want to make sure you take care of yourself through the stressors of the holiday season and the demands of winter sports competition and job responsibilities. We will discuss wellness (mental/physical/emotional) issues facing us during the holidays where SIDs might not be able to carve out lots of down time yet have family and friend holiday activities that you want to join. How do you get valuable time with family, friends and take care of yourself during the holidays? How do you make it all work and make sure to enter 2020 a bit refreshed?
