The waitlist has been turned on — it looks and functions like the regular reservation page and will ask for your credit card information but a deposit will not be taken until you are booked. We couldn’t be more excited to share the details of what we’ve got planned for you June 9-12 in Orlando.
Available now on CoSIDA.com/2019convention are links to many resources to help you plan your trip including rates, new hotel policies and the schedule as it stands now. We know you have a lot of questions and the links on the convention homepage will provide you with the answers. Remember, a lot goes into planning the convention — and we're still four months away — so check back regularly for updates and expect that some things will change.
Note that this year the SIDEARM Sports Leadership Forum presented by Learfield IMG College, will be held over two days — Sunday afternoon (June 9) and Monday morning (June 10) — to allow for more flexibility. Join national speakers on communications leadership, motivation and team-building and listen to leading administrators from college athletics. We’ll have numerous networking and social time during the Leadership Forum, too.
Also available for registration will be participation in the CoSIDA/NACDA 5K Fun Rule / 2 Mile Walk and the off-site community service project. For the fun run/walk, there will be the opportunity to sign up separately for the run ($20 preregistration) or the walk ($15 preregistration). The off-site community service project is limited to approximately 50 participants.
More information regarding sign ups for the popular Educational Lounge will be available at a later date. Planning for the second CoSIDA U Camp presented by Capital One is also underway and details will be announced when a available.
