First launched in the Spring of 2018 as an effort by the Goodwill and Wellness Committee to promote a healthy lifestyle and create a fun and supportive program around health and wellness, the CoSIDA Fitness Challenge — a FREE initiative available to all CoSIDA members — returns in 2019.

The CoSIDA Fitness Challenge is a 10-week program based on minutes per week of any type of physical activity. Participants compete in groups at their fitness level ranging from beginner to expert with increasing minutes per week of physical activity.

The 2019 CoSIDA Fitness Challenge will start on Monday April 1 and go through Sunday June 9. See details below on how to join the challenge.

The goals of this challenge are to create a long-term approach to fitness, help promote a healthy lifestyle within our membership, bring people together to create an online community of support and have fun while doing something beneficial for health and wellness.

Note: The CoSIDA Fitness Challenge is for all CoSIDA members. Participants need not attend the #CoSIDA19 Convention although we'd love to see you there!
