CoSIDA Members:
The ballots for the
Google Cloud Academic All-District® M/W Track & Field/Cross Country Teams for members affiliated with
NCAA and NAIA institutions are now ready to be voted upon!
The voting deadline is 9 PM (Eastern) on Tuesday, May 21.
Voting Steps
- Access the awards portal at CoSIDA.com/awards.
- Click Vote Here to start the process.
- Select Track and Field and begin a new submission.
- Confirm your division and institution before proceeding to the ballot.
- Review student-athlete credentials one of three ways – (a) PDF download of all nominations (one per page); (b) sortable and downloadable Excel spreadsheet, or (c) viewing separate nominations online.
- In order for your ballot to be counted, select the required number of student-athletes and press Save and Submit on the last page of the ballot.
Note: The Google Cloud Academic All-District® teams should be selected based on both athletic and academic achievement. Voting strictly by athletic success or grade point average is strongly discouraged.

(Note: SIDs will not be notified in advance if they have a student-athlete on the All-District team. SIDs who have one or more student-athletes selected to an All-District first team will receive an email shortly after the team announcements with a link for updating nominations in advance of national voting. It is the responsibility of the nominating SID to update statistics and honors after the release of the Academic All-District teams so that information included on the national ballot is as complete and current as possible.)

Academic All-America voting – Thursday, May 30 to Thursday, June 6 at 9 PM (ET)
Academic All-America teams announced – June 24 (NAIA), June 25 (NCAA Division III), June 26 (NCAA Division II) and June 27 (NCAA Division I) on
