CoSIDA has teamed up with ScoreShots to bring you an easy-to-use template to share your speaking details for the 2019 convention on your personal social media channels.
 
CoSIDA corporate partner ScoreShots is an online all-in-one tool that allows you to create and publish social graphics in less than three minutes using its robust library of over 350 templates.
 
When you’re finished, you will have a graphic like this to save as a photo to your device and then share on all your personal social platforms.
 
Speaking more than once? Make as many graphics as you want or customize the template to your needs.

Follow the steps below to create your graphic or follow along with this tutorial video, prepared by ScoreShots to assist new users to the system. In addition to the demo of this template, Lisa Johnson of ScoreShots gives a brief overview of the capability of the software in the video. Steps to create your #CoSIDA19 Speaker graphic:
 
Before you start, you will want to have your preferred photo and, if desired, a png of a logo saved in a handy location. Keep in mind if you’re already familiar with ScoreShots, that this is a demo account and is not using the full functionality. You’ll be saving the final image to your personal device rather than sharing directly to your social media account.
 
  1. Navigate to ScoreShots.com and log-in in the top right corner. Select ScoreShots Next (Beta)
    Username: cosidaspeaker@cosida.com
    Password: cosida19
  2. Click the teal button that says + CREATE A POST
  3. Follow the CoSIDA Convention logo by clicking on Premium and then the image of the template pictured above, and then CREATE.
  4. You’re now in the template and have the freedom to customize to your liking. On the left hand side of the screen you’ll see all the options. Complete the following steps:
    1. Background: Select your photo by choosing Upload From Device
    2. Pallette: Change the background color if desired
    3. Logos: Add your logo by choosing Upload From Device
    4. Text: Click in the text to update with your Name, Workshop Title, Etc. You have full ability to adjust the sizing, alignment and information to your liking.
  5. When satisfied, click SHARE in the very top right of your browser.
  6. You’ll see a preview of your graphic. Right underneath the graphic there are two icon buttons for Downloading to your device or Texting it to your phone. To text it to your phone, type in your phone number and be sure to hit Enter and then Send.
    1. Note: You will not click the NEXT button or do any of the other steps on the share page for the purposes of this template. Once you save your file you are done.
  7. Once you have your graphic saved, share it so everyone knows when to come hear you speak at #CoSIDA19. Be sure to include the hashtag!
