NOTE: YOU MUST CLEAR YOUR CACHE AND RE-LOG IN IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR EDUCATIONAL LOUNGE. When you log in and if you get a list of things to register for, you MUST CLICK "REGISTER TO ATTEND" BUTTON under 2019 CoSIDA Convention.
NOTE: YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR A MAXIMUM OF THREE SESSIONS PER PERSON. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you sign up for more than three, your registration will be rejected.
For the second year in a row CoSIDA will present the popular "Educational Lounge" sessions during the #CoSIDA19 Convention. This year, these sessions will be 45-minute, small-group, intensive hands-on learning labs.
Each CoSIDA attendee can sign up for a MAXIMUM OF THREE SESSIONS. There are 32 maximum participants per session. The sessions will be led by experienced CoSIDA members and others in collegiate athletics who will conduct hands-on exercises and deep dive training to help you explore a variety of topics. Educational Lounge registration policies:
You must be registered for #CoSIDA19 to be able to sign up for Educational Lounge sessions as you will use the Registration portal to sign up.
Admittance to sessions by advanced registration only.
Two sessions are offered during the same time slot in almost all the time slots. Note that some topics are repeated and you have the choice of attending Session A or Session B of that topic.
There is a limit of 32 people per session – and we’ve created a very short waiting list for each session.
If you attempt to register and see that the session is closed, that means you are not in the session nor are you on the waiting list. We will notify you if you are on a waiting list.

Educational Lounge Signup Instructions
- Click here to enter the registration portal.
- Log in with your CoSIDA credentials
- On the next screen, click left button that say Registration for YOUR NAME – click here.
- On the next screen, click details button on the right.
- You should see this or something similar. Click the Add Guest/Session+ button under order details on the upper right.
- You should see your name and list of guests if applicable. Click next button on the right.
- You should now see the educational lounge options. Click the checkbox next to your name under the three sessions you wish to be a part of. (NOTE: There are two pages of sessions. Click next page to view the second page).
- After selecting your three sessions, click next at the bottom right.
- You should now see this screen. Click Submit!
- After submitting, you will see an order summary of your sessions. You will also receive this in an email from Laurie Bollig.
