CoSIDA Members:

For members affiliated with NCAA and NAIA institutions, the deadline for voting for Academic All-America® teams for Men's and Women's Track & Field/Cross Country is Thursday, June 6 at 9 PM (Eastern). Every CoSIDA member affiliated with an NCAA and NAIA institution is eligible to vote on Academic All-America teams within their division.

Voting Steps

1. Log into the portal at CoSIDA.com/awards 
2. Click on the Vote Here button and then select the Track & Field/Cross Country (All-America) vote button for men/women.
3. Confirm your institution and division by putting a checkmark in the box at the bottom of the page.
4. Save and continue to the first page of the ballot.
5. Vote for the required number of student-athletes and then for the Academic All-Americas of the Year in each division
   (see below for more on that).
6. Save and submit your ballot when you come to the final page.
7. Use your social media platforms to encourage voting.

Review student-athlete credentials one of three ways – (a) PDF download of all nominations (one per page); (b) sortable and downloadable Excel spreadsheet, or (c) viewing separate nominations online. There is no need for rank order while selecting members of the All-America team; however, after voting for each division, you will be asked to select your top three choices for Academic All-America of the Year in that sport. Please remember that your selections for this honor MUST be in rank order — your top choice first, followed by your second and third choices. 
 
Note: The Google Cloud Academic All-America teams should be selected based on both athletic and academic achievement. Voting strictly by athletic success or grade point average is strongly discouraged.

SIDs who have one or more student-athletes selected to an All-America team will receive an email from the Academic All-America Core Committee shortly before the team announcements with instructions for when the teams will be announced.
