Convention Attendees: Download the #CoSIDA19 Mobile App
On June 4, each registrant for the 2019 CoSIDA Convention will receive an email with information about downloading the convention mobile app, provided by
Sports Systems. If you do not receive the email in your inbox by 2 PM Eastern, please check your spam filters.
The email is titled:

We encourage you to download our app on iTunes or Android.
Please note that CoSIDA IS NOT providing printed schedules or pocket schedules, so all the information you need is available on this app.
Important: If you already have the PressPass app on your phone, to take advantage of the new features listed above, you must download the latest version of the app from your app store. After doing so, just input the revised credentials included in your email.
You will be able to customize your schedule this year when you download the app.
Mobile app information includes complete schedules, contact information, detailed event information, corporate partner/exhibitor information and room layouts (and listing), hotel meeting room directions/maps and more. By downloading the app, you will also receive push notifications as needed for schedule changes, alerts, etc.
Customize Your Experience
All of the same functions from last year are still available. New this year is a
Reminder On/Off slider to set alarms for any events on the schedule. Simply switch the slider to "On" for a given event and you will receive a reminder on your device 10 minutes before the event. Also new this year is a
Social Media wall. Tag your Twitter posts with the
#CoSIDA19 hashtag and follow along with other attendee posts.
Keep these points in mind as you customize the app:
- You may search for a person, session (or anything) via a search box at the top of pages.
- On the schedule, click the […] next to an event title for the full event description.
- Also on the schedule, click the + button to the right to add your personal schedule, then clock the button at the top to just display those events you clicked.
- A reminder that all Educational Lounge session attendance is by pre-registration only. You MUST have signed up for an Educational Lounge session and received confirmation of your session(s) already in order to attend. There is a maximum of three Educational Lounge sessions per person. Registration will remain open for Educational Lounge sessions until June 9; some sessions are closed. Please do NOT add an Educational Lounge session to your personalized schedule UNLESS YOU ALREADY REGISTERED FOR IT. ATTENDANCE IS CAPPED for each of them, some are already closed, and pre-registration is required.
- The new Reminder function is separate from the + button to add to your personal schedule. To add to personal schedule AND set a reminder, you need to tap both options. You can set reminders for any event, even those not added to your personal schedule.
Planning To Register On-Site?
Only those
preregistered for the 2019 convention will receive this email. If you are planning to register on-site, you'll receive your mobile app unique ID when you register in at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
