Welcome to the 2019-20 academic year and a reminder that the CoSIDA Academic All-America® program will soon be in full swing for fall sports. Below are several updates and reminders about the program. Please take a moment to read all the important information that follows.

Master Schedule – Click here
The 2019-20 master schedule is available on CoSIDA.com. Changes this year include a Noon (ET) opening of all nomination and voting windows, deadlines for updating and voting and for the release of all teams. Nomination deadlines will remain at 9 PM (ET). Nomination and voting deadlines are strictly adhered to and
no late nominations will be accepted so print out the master schedule at the link above or
subscribe to the calendar on CoSIDA.com to get these dates on your calendar now.
New NCAA Division I and III District Alignments – Click here
The CoSIDA Board of Directors approved a proposal from the core committee to slightly alter district alignment in NCAA Division I and Division III. The NAIA division and NCAA Division II district alignments remain the same. You can find updated district alignment maps at the link above on CoSIDA.com.
New Program Logos – Click here
Since Google Cloud is no longer the title sponsor of the awards program, it is imperative that members use the correct logos when promoting their student-athletes. You can find the updated logos at the link above.
New This Year: Educational Materials
In order to better promote and educate deserving student-athletes and administrators, the core committee has charged a subcommittee with developing educational materials to be used throughout the year. Members of the subcommittee are

For student-athletes and athletic department administrators –
an informational flyer on the program (exclusivity, process and prestige) is available on CoSIDA.com. The flyers will also be mailed with every award throughout the year. SIDs are encouraged to make sure their student-athletes understand the prestige and exclusivity of being named an Academic All-District team member and/or an Academic All-America.

Please consider nominating a deserving former Academic All-America student-athlete for induction into the Academic All-America® Hall of Fame. The nomination portal is open now for new nominations and to update and resubmit previous nominations.
