In honor of January being National Mentorship Month, CoSIDA presented this webinar on mentorship opportunities and strategies.
Mentorship is a critical component of career and professional growth, but maintaining the long-term mentor/mentee relationship can be challenging as work schedules, geographic challenges and interest levels interfere from time to time. CoSIDA Mentorship Committee members and guest panelists outlined best practices for building and maintaining a strong mentor/mentee relationship.
