Please join us as CoSIDA introduces a new webinar series specifically for these challenging and uncharted times as we are embedded in the coronavirus crisis. The new CoSIDA series, Listening And Leading, will be a live and on-demand series of webinars for education, information and support.
In this Series, we are going to offer webinars on mental health and dealing with unknowns and uncertainty in this trying times; how to manage the new normal working environment as you work remotely from home; ideas on content creation; managing record-keeping and historical files with abbreviated and interrupted seasons and competitions; and more.

We will hear from sports psychologist and 2019 CoSIDA Convention presenter Dr. Jarrod Spencer as he talks about dealing with anxiety and uncertainly in our COVID-19 environment and what you can do to help yourself and others navigate these times. Tune in for Dr. Spencer's suggestions on navigating the new normals, advice and examples to help you. He wants to take your questions of how best to work in isolation; sleep and your immunity system; how to work through your own fears; adjusting to being at home with your family or adjusting to being alone; feeling depressed and panicked and more. Please join us and ask your questions (annonymously unless you wish to be recognized for contributing it).
