Aaron Morse of Bates College and the CoSIDA New Media Committee hosted a conversation with SIDs to talk through reactions and courses of action in the time of COVID-19. He was joined by Emily McMillan, University of Evansville Assistant Director of Media Relations, Don Vieth, Northeastern State University Assistant Athletics Director, Strategic Communications, and Gregor Walz, University of Puget Sound Director of Athletic Communications. 

Some of the topics covered include:

1. Where were you when you learned that spring sports were finished for your school? Did you see it coming or was it a total blindside?
2. What was your immediate course of action? How did you handle it from a social media perspective?
3. So, now what? In an entirely unprecedented situation, what are your ideas on how athletics communications professionals can make themselves valuable in the coming months?
