How did your institution handle COVID-19 communication and how we can better prepare for the future?

The COVID-19 situation has become a worldwide pandemic and communication failures have made headline news. How did your campus handle the COVID-19 situation with communication to students, faculty, staff and the public? What are creative ideas we can use to get the word out? How can we work with university communications and offer a helping hand now? How can we better plan for the future and create crisis communication handbooks. In addition, we will learn how the NAIA decided to handle many of the topics from a national association point of view.
