NEW! Product Theater Sessions Added To #CoSIDA2020 Lineup
The month-long #CoSIDA2020 Virtual Convention is off to a tremendous start in terms of attendance and offering a wide array of programming and strategic takeaways.
Following our main featured session week (June 8-12), the #CoSIDA2020 sessions registrations totaled 7,670 attendees. The live featured sessions have averaged an attendance average of 407.
Each one of our sessions also is on-demand for viewing as time permits. To date, a total of 400 on-demand views have taken place.
Additionally, outside of programming, the #CoSIDA2020 virtual 5K run/2-mile walk and charity fundraising initiative attracted 320 participants. One hundred percent of the registration fees - $4,033 - will be donated to CoSIDA's convention charity of choice this summer - the Three Square Food Bank in Las Vegas, which would have been the site of the in-person 2020 CoSIDA and NACDA and Affiliate Conventions.
We thank all the people behind the scenes (CoSIDA Convention Programming Committee, CoSIDA Board and staff) and all those who have served as keynote speakers, presenters and moderators to date.
All of our sessions, live, pre-recorded and on-demand, are free of charge for CoSIDA members, non-members and colleagues in college sports and communications.
More to come! The attendance of #CoSIDA2020 will surge over 8,000 participants by the end of programming on June 16. We will update our numbers regularly during June.
