In these challenging times, mental health effects during the global pandemic are very important to monitor for everyone. As athletic communicators know, public health actions, such as social distancing and remote working environments, continue to make people feel isolated and lonely and can increase stress and anxiety. We want to help address these concerns with this mental health webinar.
Join our presenters to learn how to better cope with these stressors in a healthy way will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger. Our panelists include one current and one former athletic communication professional and a mental health advocate and professional (a former accomplished NCAA Division II student-athlete).
Join these presenters – who represent multiple divisions – for an ideas sharing session. Please ask your questions in advance when you register!
