Watch the on-demand webinar, or listen to the on-demand podcast, from this webinar on maintaining your mental and emotional wellness as an athletic communicator during these challenging pandemic times.

We know that public health actions, such as social distancing and remote working environments, continue to make people feel isolated and lonely and increase stress and anxiety. The three presenters spoke about facing their mental health challenges of depression and anxiety and offered insights, solutions and coping strategies for those afflicted with anxiety, lonliness and fear during our challenging times.

By watching and listening on-demand, you'll find coping strategies to help you deal with   these stressors in a healthy way will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.

Our panelists included one current and one former athletic communication professional and a mental health advocate and professional (a former accomplished NCAA Division II student-athlete).
