2020-21 Program Moves to Spring 2021 - CLICK HERE For Master Calendar
The CoSIDA Academic All-America® awards program, which honors the top student-athletes across all divisions, will continue during 2020-21 as it has for more than 60 years. The program dates, however, will shift to the spring of 2021 to accommodate inconsistencies with sport schedules, postponements and cancellations. While more decisions will be made and communicated regarding the program closer to April 2021, it is important that CoSIDA members have the most updated master schedule for planning purposes. here.
Although all dates remain subject to change, following are the
nomination windows for 2020-21:
Men’s/Women’s Basketball: April 13-20
Men’s/Women’s Soccer: May 11-18
Football: May 18-25
Women’s Volleyball: May 18-25
Baseball: June 1-8
Softball: June 1-8
Men’s/Women’s At-Large: June 8-22
Men’s/Women’s College Division At-Large: June 8-22
Men’s/Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country: June 22-29
Each nomination window opens at Noon (ET) and closes at 9:00 PM (ET) the following week. Only
current dues-paying CoSIDA members are eligible to nominate their student-athletes. There are some adjustments to dates in order to avoid conflicts with the CoSIDA Convention, which is scheduled for June 13-16, 20201, in Orlando, Florida.
The 2020-21 program will conclude with the four overall Academic All-America® Team Members of the Year being announced in August.
NEW! Academic All-District Certificate Fulfillment
One significant change to the program for 2020-21 will be the fulfillment of Academic All-District certificates. Nominating SIDs who have student-athletes named to All-District teams will be given access to a password-protected site where they can download and print the certificates. Individual certificates will no longer be mailed to SIDs. More information will be available closer to the first all-district team announcements.

Please consider nominating a deserving former Academic All-America student-athlete for induction into the Academic All-America Hall of Fame. The nomination portal is open now through Friday, November 6, for new nominations and to update and resubmit previous nominations.

CoSIDA.com/Membership. When renewing your membership, don't forget to supply your title and demographic information. Late fees will be added beginning November 1, 2020.
