Presenters on the Sept. 22nd webinar were administrators and coaches with a variety of backgrounds who came together to discuss the opportunities and challenges that come with LGBTQ+ inclusion initiatives in college athletics. The discussion focused on best practices for creating a more welcoming environment in your department or conference, and ways you can make a difference for LGBTQ+ student-athletes on your campus.
