CareerCenter.CoSIDA.com will feature an improved user experience for employers and job seekers

CoSIDA is excited to announce the launch of its new self-service Career Center at https://careercenter.cosida.com/.

Created in conjunction with Naylor Association Solutions, the Career Center will feature an improved user experience for hiring managers, job posters and job seekers, including:

An updated career center design. The benefit to you is an improved user experience and interface utilizing a modern look and feel for all pages within the career center.

Improved job search design. This update benefits job seekers and employers by delivering a more intuitive user experience through a multi-pane approach which allows users to search for, view, and apply to jobs on the same page.

Overall, this update will offer improved online recruitment and career development solutions in the following areas:
  • A redesigned and enhanced user interface and user experience.
  • An updated and improved job posting and purchasing progression that will allow job posters to purchase recruitment marketing campaigns as well as individual job postings, while tracking their progress through each step of the process.
  • An updated job search interface that improves efficiency and delivers better return-on-investment to employers.

Costs for individual 30-day job postings will remain the same at $125 for CoSIDA members and $250 for non-members. New bulk pricing is now available for members at $300 for three postings and $470 for five; and, for non-members, pricing will be $600 for three postings and $940 for five when purchased in advance. All jobs must be paid online prior to them going live on the site.

Upgrades are available for employers to enhance their job postings with options to add banner ads on the site, include videos in their postings and target social media for additional fees. All job postings include access to the resume’ search on the site of current job seekers. Only employers with active jobs will be able to search, providing additional online security for job seekers.

CoSIDA will continue to promote all job openings free of charge on Twitter at @CoSIDAjobs.

Job seekers will be able to post their resume, receive job alerts and apply for jobs directly through the Career Center portal at no charge.

Job seekers also have access to reference checking, resume writing and coaching for additional fees.
