Via CNBC: As more people leave their jobs, workers left behind are becoming increasingly burnt out as they shoulder a lot more responsibility. Some 52% of employees who have lost coworkers say they've been given additional responsibilities; 30% are finding it difficult to get their work done, 27% feel less loyal to their employer and 55% are now questioning the equity of their pay, according to a survey by the Society of Human Resource Management.
