2021 CoSIDA Winter Fit Challenge
- This is a five-week program. There will be five theme weeks: Exercise, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Give Back and Socialize.
- Each week there will be a set of activities you can do to gain points. As the weeks build, you can do any activity from previous weeks as well. For example, week one you just do week one activities. In week two you can do activities from week one or week two. Activities for the week will be posted on the CoSIDA Fitness Challenge Facebook page on Sunday each week.
- You can send Jeremy Rosenthal an individually nominated activity each week for 1 bonus point and he will choose one to add to the group for that week.
- You can choose to have an accountability partner to help you through the challenge and one will be assigned to you.
- There will be a point goal each week and if you achieve that point goal you will be entered into a raffle for a prize. There will be a point goal for the group for the whole challenge.
- Each week you record your individual points in a google doc by Monday at 2 PM ET.
