In this video, Kelvin Queliz, the University of New Orleans Assistant Athletic Director for Communications and Marketing, talks about the lack of diversity specific to Hispanic culture in athletic communications. He goes on to talk about his experience with work burnout and how he managed to come back to college athletics. Queliz believes that all jobs in college athletics come down to three things: relationships, instincts, and organization.
