CoSIDA Members Are All Preregistered
All current dues-paying CoSIDA members have been preregistered, and you’ve all received emails from registration@cosida.com with instructions on how to log into the Convention Attendee Hub, personalize your schedule if you wish, and download the mobile app.
One important viewing note: All the CoSIDA sessions, Divisional Day events and our celebration videos (CoSIDA Hall of Fame videos, Academic All-America Hall of Fame videos) must be viewed on a desktop. At this time, the Cvent platform we are using for the convention does NOT support video on mobile devices.
Invite Non-Members and Your Colleagues To Join #CoSIDA21
Do you know of non-members or office colleagues outside of athletic communications who want to join the #CoSIDA21 Convention? They can register for FREE at CoSIDA.com/register. They’ll then receive an email from registration@cosida.com and they’ll be able to enter the attendee portal. Share this information today!

CoSIDA Convention Open and State of the Association – Monday, June 7 (11:30 am Eastern)
CoSIDA President Sam Atkinson and CoSIDA Executive Director Doug Vance open #CoSIDA21 on the first day of convention week with the State of the Association address. They will discuss: What’s on the horizon for CoSIDA? How will the pandemic shape the profession and the association? What were the top moments and key initiatives for CoSIDA this past year?
Kickoff Presentation: Award-winning motivational speaker Dr. Ivan Joseph: Monday, June 7 - Noon Eastern
Dr. Ivan Joseph, author and award-winning performance and self-confidence coach, will kick off our programming Monday. He will help CoSIDA members transform their self-confidence and accelerate their career with this high-energy keynote address. Get leadership tips from this renowned speaker, record-setting Ted Talks speaker, and former college soccer coach and administrator (and ambidextrous ping-pong player, according to his bio)!

Please take a moment to fill out a survey on every session. You can find the survey links in your attendee hub session page. Toward the end of each session, you’ll see a small blue 'Survey' icon in the upper right-hand corner of the session page. You can click on that to do the survey. Or, if you’ve downloaded the mobile app, you can access all the surveys when you click on your profile link.
Watch Our Special Celebrations For 2020 & 2021 CoSIDA Hall of Fame Inductees and Academic All-America Hall of Fame Inductees
During #CoSIDA convention week, the CoSIDA Hall of Fame inductees, the Academic All-America Hall of Fame inductees and the Dick Enberg Award recipients from the past two years will be honored with prerecorded video celebrations and tributes at 7 pm ET Monday-Thursday, June 7-10. The Academic All-America Hall of Fame videos air Monday and Wednesday, June 7 and 8; the CoSIDA Hall of Fame videos will be shown Tuesday and Thursday, June 8 and 10.

One of the most meaningful career honors for CoSIDA members is to be enshrined in the organization’s Hall of Fame. Twelve CoSIDA members enjoy this honor and will be recognized for their excellence and leadership during video salutes for the Class of 2020 (Tuesday, June 8) and Class of 2021 (Thursday, June 10). 2021 CoSIDA Virtual 5K Fun Run/2 Mile Walk - June 5-14
CoSIDA’s Goodwill and Wellness Committee will host a virtual 5K Fun Run and 2 Mile Walk again this year in support of Frontline Outreach, a youth center in Orlando. Complete your race or walk between June 5 and 14 to be considered in the results. The event is open to all CoSIDA members, NACDA and Affiliates members and even non-members. Your $15 race entry fee goes to support Frontline Outreach’s SportsYouth Network initiative - an eight-week educational program that will teach students how to broadcast live games and be part of a broadcasting crew. This career-filled exploration program infuses hands-on camera engagement, oratory skills, entrepreneurship, technological media to create content, record live events and games, and learn from informative field trips.
