We will discuss some of the strategies, tips and tricks for landing your first job in the profession or moving up to the next one on your athletic communications journey. In collaboration with the CSC Career Services and Young Professionals committees, we will talk about how to shape your resume and make it stand out, how to prepare a portfolio of your best work, and how to educate yourself on the place you are trying to work at. We will also go over how to handle a Zoom interview and what to wear and carry yourself in both virtual and in person settings.
The panelists will also take your questions and give your ideas on how to gain experience and how volunteer opportunities can open doors for your future.
Note: This webinar will be geared toward the audience of the CSC U Committee - new full-time and part-time athletic communications professionals and emerging professionals (undergraduate and graduate student assistants, graduate assistants, interns)
