Welcome to the 2022 CSC Fitness Team Challenge!
Get active this spring with CSC! Join our Spring Fitness Challenge and log hours of activity as we get ready to host the CSC 5K Run and 2-Mile Walk in Las Vegas at the annual convention. The CSC Fitness Challenge is a fun way to interact with friends and colleague and motivate, support and encourage each other while being physically and mentally fit!
This year's fitness challenge will be as active as possible over the next several weeks and record your hours of activity at the end of each week. Record hours of activity by walking, running or doing another fitness activity to get you ready for the CSC 5K and 2-Mile Run in Las Vegas. Physical activity is defined as something outside of work that you do for the goal of exercise. Examples include: walking, running, bicycle riding, swimming, lifting weights, yoga and home workouts.
Once you join the challenge you will be placed into teams and compete against the others for a chance to be our fitness challenge group winner!
CSC FITNESS CHALENGE DETAILS:
Starts: April 22
Walk, run, jog, lift, and whatever form of activity will keep you accountable – and log hours with your team! This challenge will put you into accountability groups of supportive CSC members to help you log more time and get you ready for this summer!
