CSC at the 2025 NCAA convention - Nashville, TN
Last week, the CSC Board of Directors and Staff gathered for our mid-year meetings at the NCAA Convention in Nashville, TN. This is the second of three in person meetings this year, including a kickoff meeting last August, the current meeting and one at CSC Unite. During the week, we reviewed some of our recent accomplishments, including our record-breaking membership and partnerships while also taking time to refocus on our strategic initiatives.

Compensation & Career Satisfaction Survey - February 2025
Coming in February! CSC will be launching two major surveys to provide the membership with industry data related to salary, resources, career satisfaction and much more. The Compensation & Career Satisfaction Survey is intended for ALL members. A second survey — the CSC Member Institution Communications Staffing Research Survey — will be distributed only to department leaders to provide additional information about the institution. Only one response per school will be required for the institutional survey.
Make sure all strategic and creative communicators, graduate assistants, undergraduate students, communications administrators and others at your institution have current CSC membership so they can be included in this major survey. All members are also asked to update their personal CSC profile by logging on at cscommunicators.com/profile and make sure your information is up-to-date and your demographic information is complete.
CSC Cares Fund
The CSC Cares Fund provides opportunities for College Sports Communicators to support members who have experienced personal losses related to natural disasters or weather-related events. If you are aware of any CSC members who have been impacted by the ongoing wildfire events in California — or if you have been impacted personally — please contact a member of the CSC national staff or executive board with details.
Contact a member of the CSC Staff or Executive Board if you're aware of any members who have been impacted. Our hearts go out to all those being affected.
