REMINDER: Every student-athlete submitted for "Academic All-America consideration" on the nomination form will not advance to the national ballot. It is the responsibility of a sub-group of the Academic All-America Core Program Committee to examine each and every candidate put forth for Academic All-America consideration, and those with the highest academic/athletic credentials advance.

Nomination/Voting Information & Instructions
Academic All-America Team Voting Instructions (save for 2025-26 academic year)
- Log into https://awards.collegesportscommunicators.com
- Go to the blue Member Login button on upper right and log in with your CSC email and password. You are brought to your Dashboard/My Programs page. Nominations are to the left. VOTING ballots will be found to the right. Each CSC member can vote for teams in their particular division (NCAA Division I, or II, or III, or the NAIA); and, College Division members can vote for their respective Academic All-America At-Large Teams each June
- At the voting form, instructions at the top will indicate how many student-athletes you may vote for; for some team voting, it is based on position and you chose the appropriate number of candidates per position.
- Once you choose all your selections, you will be asked to name your TOP THREE candidates for Team Memeber of the Year honors. Go back to the roster of all candidates. From your selected list of AAA picks, you will see a blue box next to their nomination info (says Select Top 3); choose your top three candidates - not in a rank order, so each gets a vote - for Team Member of the Year honors.
- Remember to "Submit as FINAL" prior to the voting deadlines.
- Please save your work periodically. The system will time out your session after fifteen (15) minutes of inactivity.
Remember- Per CSC Executive Board of Directors' long-standing policy, no late nomination entries will be accepted in the Academic All-America program. All deadlines are FINAL.
Athletic Eligibility Criteria
(Varies per sport category; all nominations are closed for the 2024-25 academic year)
Academic Eligibility Criteria
- Academic eligibility minimums: An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale). They. must be a sophomore academically and above to meet the academic criteria.
- A graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student unless they are in their first semester as a graduate student and don't have an established graduate GPA.
- The cumulative grade point average may not be rounded up to 3.50.
- Please make sure that you carefully proof the academic and athletic eligibility information and statistics prior to hitting SAVE on your nomination screen so your candidate will not be marked "ineligible."
Nomination Instructions
(when nominations are open; nominations have ended for the 2024-25 academic year)
- Log into https://awards.collegesportscommunicators.com
- Go to the blue Member Login button on upper right and log in with your CSC email and password. You are brought to your Dashboard/My Programs page. Nominations are to the left. VOTING ballots will be found to the right.
- You may save your nomination as a "DRAFT or "Submit As FINAL" at any time; just remember to "Submit as FINAL" prior to the sport deadlines. Once you submit it, you can go back in and make changes/edit up to the deadline!
- Please save your work periodically. The system will time out your session after fifteen (15) minutes of inactivity.
- You will receive a confirmation email once you submit a nomination. Please check your spam filters if you do not receive it shortly after submitting each nomination.
