Executive Director for College Sports Communicators
Jason Yaman has announced that
Alivia Dieterlen has been elevated to director of creative and digital strategy.
Over the past two years, Dieterlen has taken on increased responsibility as CSC’s primary social media strategist, the lead on member email communications, and as a content creator for a wide variety of the association’s programming. Since her hiring, CSC’s social reach has grown more than 500% thanks in part to her work managing the award-winning CSC Unite convention content team and Membership Appreciation Week campaigns. Her role has expanded as a liaison to multiple committees and other member groups, among many other duties.
“Alivia brings a combination of creativity, strategy, and passion for serving our members,” Yaman said. “She has helped elevate CSC’s storytelling and digital presence while consistently finding new ways to engage and support communicators across all levels of collegiate athletics. This promotion is well-deserved, and I am excited to see her continued impact on our organization.”
Prior to this promotion, Dieterlen served as assistant director of communications and creative content since joining the CSC national staff Jan. 8, 2024.
