This academic year, the athletic communications/SID professionals from the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) are rolling out a monthly series of calls and/or webinars on topical communications issues. The calls are open to all CoSIDA members.

This effort is being coordintated by CoSIDA's NAIA-SIDA leadership group.

The last call took place on Thursday, Jan. 23. when Josh Gleason of Goshen discussed the "Comparing the NAIA Scholar-Athlete & CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-America® Programs- Best Practices in Nominating and Promoting Your Student-Athletes."

The next call is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 20 when Alison Smalling and John Phillips from Embry Riddle will discuss tips and advice for "Organizating Your Office."
