For all CoSIDA members,

Whether or not you attended the 2016 CoSIDA Convention (June 12-15 in Dallas), we are eager to hear your feedback about our convention and future programming. Please take a few minutes to fill out the evaluation/survey on this page - by the deadline of Monday, July 11.

Your input is critical for our future success with upcoming conventions, CoSIDA continuing education programming and for assisting our membership on professional development and strategic planning.

We also know your time is valuable and we want to encourage GREAT PARTICIPATION! With that in mind, those who include their email address - and respond by the MONDAY, JULY 11th DEADLINE - will be entered in a special drawing for CoSIDA promotional gifts along with VISA or Amazon Gift Cards (one $100.00, one $75.00 and one $50.00) as a thank you for taking the time to participate.
