2018 CoSIDA U Camp presented by Capital One
Monday – Tuesday, June 25-26, 2018
Crowne Plaza Annapolis (Annapolis, Maryland)

The CoSIDA U Camp presented by Capital One will be held June 25-26 in Annapolis, Maryland, prior to the CoSIDA Convention in National Harbor. This new and unique event is affordable and all inclusive with a schedule that includes a baseball game with a meet-and-greet picnic, round trip transportation to the game, six panels designed for students and newcomers, breakfast and lunch. All this for just $59, an excellent “bang for the buck.”

The Camp begins Monday as attendees will be brought from the hotel to Prince George’s Stadium in nearby Bowie, Maryland. “CoSIDA U Welcome by the BaySox” will feature a picnic and meet-and-greet event with speakers from the Eastern League franchise. Vans will be departing at 4:30 and game time is 7:05 PM vs. Akron. The game ticket, game notes and picnic are included in the registration. One lucky attendee will be selected for the ceremonial “First Pitch.”

Tuesday panels begin at 8:30 a.m. with three in the morning followed by a lunch and three more panels in the afternoon. Many topics designed for newcomers are being discussed with the CoSIDA U Committee and those will be posted along with presenters in the near future.

The CoSIDA U Camp registration will is now open. Cost of registration is $59 and must be done on-line. REGISTER HERE

The registration fee includes a "Welcome by the Bowie Baysox" baseball event on Monday night (with transportation), including speakers, meal, game ticket and program with game notes. The fee also includes six panels, breakfast and lunch with a certificate of completion at the Crowne Plaza Annapolis on Tuesday.

Note: $25 of the registration fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancelation.

This group convention rate will only be available through our group block link that will be available during registration.
