Program Overview
College Sports Communicators sponsors a variety of media guide/publication and digital design contests and an annual writing contest for its members, with every current member at every level having the opportunity to receive recognition for his/her work. It's no small honor to earn an award since the judging is done by news media/communications professionals who use those publications in their work.
Contests for 2025-26 feature the same offerings as last year with some minor adjustments. Make sure to closely review the details for each contest you want to enter. These contests are open exclusively for current CSC members. Details about the 2025-26 Creative & Digital Design Contest
2025-26 Application Deadlines: "Portfolio" contests - April 6, 2026 at Midnight (ET); General contests - May 1, 2026 at Midnight (ET)
Deadlines are clearly marked and all submissions must be entered and "Submitted as Final" in the CSC Awards Portal by the correct deadline to be considered. Photographer of the Year, Designer of the Year, and Videographer of the Year are all "portfolio" contests with an application deadline of April 6. All other contests are "general" contests with a deadline of May 1. No late submissions will be considered. |
