Note; No late nominations/entries are accepted in the Academic All-District/All-America program, per long-standing policy of the CSC Executive Board of Directors. Please plan and schedule accordingly. Please download the schedule and refer to the nomination deadlines, voting deadlines and announcement dates throughout the year.
Tuesday, January 7
- Noon (ET): NCAA & NAIA Football Academic All-District Teams ANNOUNCED
- Noon (ET): NCAA & NAIA Football Academic All-America Team voting OPENS (closes Jan. 14 at 11:59 pm ET)
Tuesday, January 14
- Noon (ET): NCAA & NAIA Women's Volleyball Academic All-America Teams ANNOUNCED
- 11:59 pm (ET): NCAA & NAIA Football Academic All-America Team voting CLOSES
All other members (two-year, Canadian and others not associated with the NCAA or NAIA) - your opportunity to nominate for your College Division At-Large Academic All-America honors takes place in May 2025.

The next AAA nomination periods
Tuesday, March 11-Tuesday, March 18: NCAA and NAIA Men's and Women's Basketball Academic All-District Team nominations
Tuesday, March 18-Tuesday, March 25: NCAA and NAIA Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Academic All-District Team nominations
- Academic eligibility minimums: An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).
- A graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student unless they are in their first semester as a graduate student and don't have an established graduate GPA.
- The cumulative grade point average may not be rounded up to 3.50.
- Athletic eligibility minimums for W Volleyball and Football: Student-athletes must have competed in at least 90% of the team's total games/matches played OR have started at least 66% of the team's total games.matches played. For volleyball, liberos, although not counted in stats as a starter, may be counted as such for nominating purposes.
- Please make sure that you carefully proof the academic and athletic eligibility information and statistics prior to hitting SAVE on your nomination screen so your candidate will not be marked "ineligible."
NOMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Log into https://awards.collegesportscommunicators.com
- Go to the blue Member Login button on upper right and log in with your CSC email and password. You are brought to your Dashboard/My Programs page. Nominations are to the left. VOTING ballots will be found to the right.
- You may save your nomination as a "DRAFT or "Submit As FINAL" at any time; just remember to "Submit as FINAL" prior to the sport deadlines. Once you submit it, you can go back in and make changes/edit up to the deadline!
- Please save your work periodically. The system will time out your session after fifteen (15) minutes of inactivity.
- You will receive a confirmation email once you submit a nomination. Please check your spam filters if you do not receive it shortly after submitting each nomination.
REMINDER: Every student-athlete submitted for "Academic All-America consideration" on the nomination form will not advance to the national ballot. It is the responsibility of a sub-group of the Academic All-America Core Program Committee to examine each and every candidate put forth for Academic All-America consideration, and those with the highest academic/athletic credentials advance.
ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICA TEAM VOTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Log into https://awards.collegesportscommunicators.com
- Go to the blue Member Login button on upper right and log in with your CSC email and password. You are brought to your Dashboard/My Programs page. Nominations are to the left. VOTING ballots will be found to the right. Each CSC member can vote for teams in their particular division (NCAA Division I, or II, or III, or the NAIA).
- At the voting form, instructions at the top will indicate how many student-athletes you may vote for; for some team voting, it is based on position and you chose the appropriate number of candidates per position.
- Once you choose all your selections, you will be asked to name your TOP THREE candidates for Team Memeber of the Year honors. Go back to the roster of all candidates. From your selected list of AAA picks, you will see a blue box next to their nomination info (says Select Top 3); choose your top three candidates - not in a rank order, so each gets a vote - for Team Member of the Year honors.
- Remember to "Submit as FINAL" prior to the voting deadlines.
