Outgoing President John Paquette Gives President's Award to Five Deserving Members
Introduced in the 2014-15 academic year, this award recipient is selected by the reigning College Sports Communicators President. This award serves to honor exemplary service and leadership within the organization's committee structure in support of programs that benefit CSC members.
During the #CSCUnite24 Special Awards Luncheon held on Wednesday, June 12, Paquette announced this year's recipients, which were:
Amie Canfield, UMass Dartmouth
Outstanding leadership of the CSC Division III Cabinet and D3SIDA.
Katie Gonzales, Illinois Wesleyan University
Leadership of the Academic All-America® Core Committee and the Academic All-America program.
Travis Jarome, Jackson State University
Contributions to the CSC Diversity and Inclusion Committee and DEI initiatives.
Michael MacEachern, Georgia College and State University
Outstanding leadership of the CSC Division II Cabinet and D2SIDA.
Scottie Rodgers, Cotton Bowl Athletic Association
Leadership of the CSC Diversity and Inclusion Committee and DEI initiatives and programming.
