Please save your work periodically. The system will time out your session after fifteen (15) minutes of inactivity.

You will receive a confirmation email once you submit a nomination. Please check your spam filters if you do not receive it shortly after submitting each nomination.

Important notes and warnings for members related to nominations
The system will limit the number of your nominations depending on the sport (volleyball = 4, football = 8). Submissions in "draft" will count against your total. To open a spot back up, select "withdraw" on a nomination you don't want to move forward. You must submit your nominations as FINAL prior to the deadline for them to move forward.

Please make sure that you carefully proof the academic and athletic eligibility information and statistics prior to hitting SAVE on your nomination screen so your candidate will not be marked "ineligible." Double check the student-athlete's name and gender are correct.

Advancing to the national ballot
Advancing a student-athlete to the national ballot includes two steps.

When nominating you will have the option to end your nomination for All-District, or complete additional supporting information to advance your student-athlete for "Academic All-America consideration."

It is the responsibility of a sub-group of the Academic All-America Core Program Committee to examine each and every candidate put forth for Academic All-America consideration, and those with the highest academic/athletic credentials advance. Not all candidates submitted for consideration will advance.

Voting instructions

ALL members should vote for Academic All-America teams in their division. Academic All-America teams are voted on exclusively by CSC members. The next voting period is for Volleyball from Dec. 16-23.

  1. Go to awards.collegesportscommunicators.com
  2. Click the blue Member Login button  and log in with your CSC email and password. You are brought to your Dashboard/My Programs page. VOTING ballots will be found to the right.
  3. At the voting form, instructions at the top will indicate how many student-athletes you may vote for; for some team voting, it is based on position and you chose the appropriate number of candidates per position.
  4. Once you choose all your selections, you will be asked to name your TOP THREE candidates for Team Member of the Year honors. From your selected list, you will see a blue box next to their nomination info; choose your top three candidates (not in a rank order, so each gets a vote) for Team Member of the Year honors.

Remember to Submit as FINAL prior to the voting deadline. Please save your work periodically. The system will time out your session after fifteen (15) minutes of inactivity.

Awards announcements and distribution

Academic All-District

All eligible student-athletes successfully nominated during the nomination window receive Academic All-District® recognition for their exceptional athletic and academic achievements. In 2024-25, less than five percent of student-athletes earned this prestigious honor across all sports and divisions. Announcements are made on AcademicAllAmerica.com and @AcadAllAmerica social media.

CSC members should provide these three documents to your Academic All-District® honorees:
Digital downloads are available for you to print, customize and distribute to your student-athletes, coaches and others as you see fit.

Download program logos here for use in your school announcements. Do not alter these logos in any way.

Academic All-America

One acrylic plaque will be produced by CSC for each first-, second- and third-team selection. These awards will be shipped directly to nominating communications professionals by awards vendor Levy Recognition.

If your institution wants to purchase additional awards for award winners, contact Beau White (beau@cscommunicators.com) for more information.

Social media graphic templates for student-athletes
Templates are available for nominating communications professionals to use in promoting their student-athletes as All-District and/or All-America selections. They can also be shared directly with student-athletes so they can promote their achievements on their social media platforms. A free Canva account is required to use these templates.
