#CSCUNITE26 Convention Attendance Grant Applications Open
Both the CSCUnite26 Convention Attendance Grant and the NCAA Inclusion CSC Unite Convention Grant applications are now open for 2026.
Opportunities to attend the 2026 CSC Unite convention from June 7-10, 2026, in Las Vegas will be available for all CSC dues-paying members through the association’s annual attendance grant selection process and through the NCAA inclusion grant program.

CSC's grant includes reimbursement of up to $1,000 in expenses related to travel, lodging and meals in addition to a complimentary convention registration badge. Networking opportunities at the convention and mentorship opportunities throughout the year are also available. Prior recipients of a CSC or CoSIDA convention grant are not eligible to receive a second award.

he College Sports Communicators Executive Board of Directors has approved registration rates for CSCUnite26. Convention registration and hotel reservations will open on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at Noon (ET). Hotel rates at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas and additional properties will be announced in January.

CSCUnite26 Convention Attendance Grant - Apply now
Applications open Dec. 3, 2025 through Jan. 21, 2026
The CSCUnite26 Convention Attendance Grant recognizes the unique circumstances of the association’s membership when it comes to attending a yearly convention by annually selecting 22 deserving members for attendance.
CSC’s grant includes reimbursement of up to $1,000 in expenses related to travel, lodging and meals in addition to a complimentary convention registration. Networking opportunities at the convention and mentorship opportunities throughout the year are also available. Individuals who have previously received a CSC Convention Attendance Grant are ineligible for future awards.
Grant recipients will be asked to assist on-site at the convention with registration, the social media content team, ticket distribution at social events and/or the operations team.

NCAA Inclusion CSC Unite Convention Grant - Apply now
Applications open Dec. 3, 2025 through Jan. 21, 2026
The NCAA Inclusion CSC Convention Grant presents a professional development experience geared toward the enhancement of opportunities, advancement and retention within the field of media relations/communications. The grant will provide attendance at the convention, mentorship and leadership opportunities during the academic year for individuals from an array of backgrounds (e.g., veterans, first generation college students, individuals from rural, suburban, and urban areas, etc.).

NCAA National Office Visit |
The NCAA and CSC will cover the cost of hotel and travel accommodations to the convention and hotel and travel accommodations for a visit to the NCAA national office. Grant recipients will also receive a complimentary CSC convention registration, CSC membership and CSC mentor pairing for one year. Two applicants from each division (I, II, and III) will be selected. Athletics communicators from Division I, Division II, and Division III with five years or fewer in the industry will be chosen.

The College Sports Communicators Executive Board of Directors has approved registration rates for CSCUnite26, the association's annual convention to be held June 7-10 at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas.

*This rate will automatically be available for members who have purchased the individual Undergraduate Member Student Rate membership. If you are an undergraduate student who is part of an All-In membership or if you have an undergraduate student who is part of an All-In membership, a discount code will be available.
#This rate is available only to retired CSC members who are not currently employed by an institution, conference office or national athletics governing body.
Please note: Refunds less $100 will be available if requested by May 1. After that date, no refunds will be provided.
