2025-26 CSC Inclusion Fellowship program applications open August 19 - September 3

2025-26 CSC Inclusion Fellowship program applications open August 19 - September 3

Applications are open now through September 3 for interested participants in CSC’s fifth Inclusion Fellowship class.

The 2025-26 theme of the Fellowship is “Advocacy Through Adversity.” The year-long cohort features dynamic speakers headlining monthly virtual meetings geared to equip participants with practical and tangible strategies to better serve their student-athletes and campus and conference communities.

Application form for the 2025-26 Inclusion Fellowship program

Introduced in early 2022, the Fellowship is an educational series for select members of CSC designed to provide insights into issues around inclusive best practices, values and opportunities for communication professionals in college athletics. The program encourages a greater understanding of how those in athletic communications offices at all levels become effective advocates for inclusion in college athletics, and how to better serve student-athletes at the campus, conference and national levels.

CSC members will be chosen for the program in early September with programming scheduled to begin September 23. There is no additional cost to participate in the program, but those selected must be CSC members for the 2025-26 academic year.

The Fellowship requires a commitment to the program schedule that includes presentations and brief homework assignments following each session. Fellows must make every effort to attend all sessions as well as the CSC Unite convention on June 7-10, 2026, in Las Vegas. Graduates of the Fellowship program will receive a certificate for completing the program and will be recognized in person at the convention.
