Presented to an individual who, or an organization which, has made a lasting contribution to intercollegiate athletics, has demonstrated a long and consistent commitment to excellence and has been a loyal supporter of College Sports Communicators and its missionVoted on by the Executive Board of Directors only when worthy candidates are nominated.

The late Keith Jackson was widely known as the "voice of college football" after his more than 40 years of work covering football for ABC. Jackson had a long association with CoSIDA, including serving as the keynote speaker at the 1994 CoSIDA Workshop in Denver.
