Executive Board of Directors

College Sports Communicators current governance structure, adopted prior to the 2020-21 academic year, includes three levels of leadership: Executive Board of Directors, Advisory Council (made up of one representative from each division) and seven Divisional Cabinet levels (10 members each).

In 2025-26, First Vice President Patrick Crawford and Second Vice President Matt Panto co-chair the Advisory Council, which consists of a representative of each divisional cabinet and Secretary Jeff Hodges.

The top level of governance is the Executive Board of Directors and includes the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, 3rd Vice President, two at-large representatives (serving a two-year term each) with one designated as college division, the immediate Past President, and Secretary. The CSC national staff serves as ex-officio members of the board.

The seven divisional cabinets are: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, Two-Year Colleges, Canadian Institutions and Past Presidents, with one designated leader from each of those groups forming the advisory council.
