Through CoSIDA's partnership with NACDA, discounted airfare through United Airlines to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is available for the 2022 NACDA and Affiliates Convention Week.

In order to receive the discounted rate, please see the information below:

3) The discount will be applied at the time of ticketing.

  • The Offer Code is valid if traveling between June 23 - July 2, 2022.

Parking at the Mandalay Bay

The cost for guests to park at the Mandalay is $15/day for self parking or $30/day for valet. For a full breakdown of the parking costs, click here. CoSIDA and NACDA do not have access to additional parking discounts.
 

Sunday Night Social Event At Neil Portnoy Studios

Neil Portnoy Studios Social Event: Sunday, June 26

Take a short trip outside the convention hotel on Sunday evening, June 26 (7-10 pm) for a "Welcome to Las Vegas" social event with refreshments and music, hosted by famed illustrator and artist Neil Portnoy at the Portnoy Gallery.
Cost is $20.00 per person, with a raffle, funds of which being donated to charity.

Many of you know of Portnoy's work over the year, doing illustrations for media guides, posters, and numerous athletic department needs. You can read more about the event and Neil here and register here:

Group Tickets for Aces Basketball, Aviators Baseball During #CoSIDA22 Convention

#CoSIDA Convention attendees can purchase group-rate box seats for the Las Vegas Aviators' game against the Albuquerque Isotopes on Saturday, June 25 at 7:05 pm PDT, at Las Vegas Ballpark. The ballpark is approximately 20-25 minutes from the Mandalay Bay Resort. Transportation is not provided. Play ball!

Las Vegas Aces
CoSIDA has a block of tickets on the lower-level baseline for the Las Vegas Aces' WNBA game versus the Washington Mystics on Saturday, June 25, at 7 pm PDT at Michelob Ultra Arena, which is located adjacent to the Mandalay Bay Resort.  Enjoy the game!
