Any information related to air travel, ground transportation, parking or any other discounts will be posted here if they become available. 

Airfare discounts

Through CSC's partnership with NACDA, discounted airfare through United Airlines to Orlando International Airport (MCO) is available for the 2023 NACDA and Affiliates Convention Week.

In order to receive the discounted rate, please see the information below:

1) Visit www.united.com/meetingtravel

2) In the "Offer Code" box, enter the following code: ZMJW298830

3) The discount will be applied at the time of ticketing.

  • The Offer Code is valid if traveling between June 8 - 15, 2022.

Complimentary hotel shuttles

Free shuttle service to and from the World Center Marriott to the Marriott Villages and Caribe Royale will be provided. The Marriott Village hotels include the SpringHill Suites, Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield Inn & Suites. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes.

Discounted theme park tickets for #CSCUNITE23 and #NACDA23 attendees

Disney Theme Parks
To purchase specially priced Disney Meeting/Convention Theme Park tickets, please call 407-566-5600 or CLICK HERE. Tickets are valid seven (7) days pre-, during, and seven (7) days post-Convention dates. The cut-off date for advance purchase savings is Saturday, June 10.
Please note: With the new Disney Theme Park Reservation System and park capacity limitations, it's important to lock in your visit as soon as possible. A park reservation is required for entry along with the ticket.

SeaWorld and The Wheel at Icon Park
The Greater Orlando Sports Commission (GO Sports) and NACDA have secured special prices to Orlando's internationally known theme parks and have made these prices available to attendees of the 2023 NACDA & Affiliates Convention. Due to the special pricing offered, all tickets will have validity and expiration dates specific to this event which is listed above and printed on each ticket. On-site parking 
If you are not staying at the World Center Marriott, you may pick-up a voucher which will provide discounted parking in the Self-Parking Garage. Vouchers can be picked up at the NACDA (Grand Ballroom Registration Desk) or CSC (Palms Ballroom Registration Desk) registration desks and will provide a 50% discount from the typical self-parking rate of $29 (excluding taxes). Please note that the Self-Parking Garage does not allow for in/out privileges so the rate will be assessed each time a guest arrives or departs the hotel property.
