Refunds less $50 will be available if requested by May 9. After that date, no refunds will be provided.
Prior to registering, please ensure your CSC membership dues are paid for 2024-25. If you are not a current member, but your school or conference office has an All-In membership, ask your CSC account custodian to add you to the group membership.
FAQ
When should I arrive?
- On-site convention registration opens Sunday, June 8 at 8:00 AM. Committee and divisional cabinet meetings will take place that morning. Programming for all attendees will begin at Noon with the Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM. To optimize your experience, plan to arrive in Orlando the night of Saturday, June 7 or early on Sunday, June 8. For departures, plan to leave no earlier than mid-afternoon on Wednesday, June 11.
Note: There is not a complimentary airport-to-hotel shuttle service.
What is included with your #CSCUnite25 convention badge?
- Attendees must wear their badge at all times. Your CSC badge provides access to all #CSCUnite25 programming, events, socials and luncheons. It also entitles you access to all NACDA & Affiliates sessions and events, except those offering food service or otherwise marked as closed or private. #CSCUnite25 badges will have access to the NACDA Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, June 10, from 5-8 PM and during the day throughout the convention.
- All registered #CSCUnite25 attendees can attend foodservice events with their convention badge. Those who would like to attend without a #CSCUnite25 convention badge will be able to purchase tickets to the event in advance. In need of tickets to any of the CSC Unite foodservice events? Can CSC Convention registrants attend events that are part of NACDA and its affiliates?
- Yes, CSC registered attendees can attend all NACDA events that are not foodservice or otherwise marked as closed. This means that CSC attendees can attend any NACDA and Affiliate programming, as long as it is open to all.
Likewise, NACDA and affiliates registrants may attend CSC programming and events, except those with foodservice or otherwise indicated as closed. The NACDA Exhibit Hall will be open for CSC night in the hall late Tuesday afternoon. (CSC credentials will not provide access to the NACDA Exhibit Hall late Monday.)
What and when is Divisional Day?
- Divisional Day will take place on Monday, June 9. On this day, programming is geared toward a particular division or area of interest. Specific programming will be offered for these seven areas: Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA, two-year institutions/conferences, Canadian institutions/ conferences, and (all-division) conference office communications.
What foodservice will be provided at this year's convention?
- Information coming soon regarding CSC foodservice events. There are also numerous restaurant options in the World Center Marriott.
When will the CSC Exhibit Hall be open?
- CSC's Exhibit Hall will be open on Sunday, June 8 and on Monday, June 9, times to be announced.
When will the Academic All-America Hall of Fame Class of 2025 be honored?
- This year's Academic All-America Hall of Fame® class will be celebrated during the CSC All-Star Night of Honors on Monday, June 9.
Will the CSC 5k Fun Run be held again this year?
- Yes, the 5k Fun Run/2-mile Walk will be held on Monday morning, June 9, at the Hawks Landing Golf Course on-site. All NACDA & Affiliates attendees are invited to register.
Is transportation provided to/from Orlando International Airport?
- No transportation will be provided between the airport and the World Center. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are recommended.
