#This rate is available only to retired CSC members who are not currently employed by an institution, conference office or national athletics governing body. To secure this rate, please contact Will Roleson at will@cscommunicators.com to receive a discount code to register at the Retired Member Rate.

Please note: Refunds less $100 will be available if requested by May 1. After that date, no refunds will be provided.

Prior to registering, please ensure your CSC membership dues are paid for 2025-26 or you will be charged the non-member rate. If you are not a current member, but your school or conference office has an All-In membership, ask your CSC account custodian to add you to the group membership.

FAQ

When should I arrive?
  • On-site convention registration opens Sunday, June 7 at 8:00 AM. Committee and divisional cabinet meetings will take place that morning. Programming for all attendees will begin Sunday, June 7 at 1:00 PM with the Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM. To optimize your experience, plan to arrive in Las Vegas the night of Saturday, June 6 or early on Sunday, June 7. To take full advantage of programming offered, plan to leave no earlier than 12:30 PM on Wednesday, June 10.
Note: There is not a complimentary airport-to-hotel shuttle service.


What is included with your #CSCUnite26 convention badge? 
  • Attendees must wear their badge at all times. Your CSC badge provides access to all #CSCUnite26 programming, events, socials and luncheons. It also entitles you access to all NACDA & Affiliates sessions and events, except those offering food service or otherwise marked as closed or private. #CSCUnite26 badges will have access to the NACDA Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, June 9, from 5-8 PM.
  • All registered #CSCUnite26 attendees can attend foodservice events with their convention badge. Those who would like to attend the welcome reception, the All-Star Night of Honors or the Special Awards Luncheon without a #CSCUnite26 convention badge will be able to purchase tickets to the event in advance.

Can CSC Convention registrants attend events that are part of NACDA and its affiliates?
  • Yes, CSC registered attendees can attend all NACDA events that are not foodservice or otherwise marked as closed. This means that CSC attendees can attend any NACDA and Affiliate programming, as long as it is open to all.

    Likewise, NACDA and affiliates registrants may attend CSC programming and events, except those with foodservice or otherwise indicated as closed. The NACDA Exhibit Hall will be open for CSC night in the hall late Tuesday afternoon. (CSC credentials will not provide access to the NACDA Exhibit Hall late Monday.)

What and when is Divisional Programming?
  • Divisional Programming will take place on Monday, June 8 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. During this dedicated block, tailored sessions will be offered for six specific areas: Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA, two-year institutions and conferences, and Canadian institutions and conferences. Additional programming relevant to all communicators, regardless of division, will be scheduled throughout the remainder of the day on Monday, June 8.

When will the CSC Exhibit Hall be open?
  • CSC's Exhibit Hall will be open on Sunday, June 7 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM during the Welcome Reception. On Monday, June 8, the exhibit hall will be open from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

When will the Academic All-America Hall of Fame Class of 2026 be honored?
  • This year's Academic All-America Hall of Fame® class will be celebrated during the CSC All-Star Night of Honors on Monday, June 8. The awards program begins at 5:45 PM.

Will the CSC 5k Fun Run be held again this year?
  • Yes, the 5k Fun Run/2-mile Walk will be held on Monday morning, June 8, at the Bayview Patio/Pool Track on property of the Mandalay Bay Resort. All NACDA & Affiliates attendees are invited to register.

Is transportation provided to/from Harry Reid International Airport?
  • There will not be CSC- or NACDA-designated shuttles operating between Harry Reid International Airport and contracted hotel properties. However, the airport is a quick 5-10 minute taxi/Uber ride to both contracted hotel properties.
