CSC Members:

College Sports Communicators is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals who are interested in serving in a leadership role on the Executive Board of Directors for the 2026-27 academic year and beyond.

There are three positions open for 2026-27 Executive Board service: CSC's Second Vice President and Third Vice President in the officers rotation, and the At-Large Representative.

Eligible CSC members may have their application considered for one or multiple vacant board positions. Per the CSC Constitution, candidates for the Executive Board must be active association members who are employed at an institution of higher learning, conference office, college sports governing body or college bowl game and have at least five years of experience in college sports communications.

All three board positions are open to any current CSC member from any area of the U.S. or Canada that have an Individual membership or are part of an All-In group membership.

Advocate, Lifetime, Undergraduate Student and honorary members are not eligible to serve in an Executive Board of Directors position.

Serving on CSC's Executive Board of Directors is a prominent leadership opportunity within the athletic communications and creatives profession. We are looking for members from all divisions who have passion for our profession to serve CSC and give back to the profession in a significant way.

Applications for all positions will be reviewed by the CSC Nominating Committee, which is composed of past presidents and those whose executive board positions will end in June 2026. Candidates may be requested to participate in a Zoom interview with the Nominating Committee.

The Nominating Committee then will present a proposed slate of Board members for 2026-27 to the Executive Board of Directors in mid-May, with a membership vote to be held during the association’s annual online business meeting in late May.
